The Town of Liberty Parks and Recreation will host free back-to-school haircuts for Liberty Central School Districts  from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Saturday, Aug. 30, in Hanofee Park. Hair cuts will be offered on a first come, first served basis. Gratuities will be accepted by not necessary.
