LCSD to host info session on upcoming science research program

Liberty Central School District will launch a science research program for the 2026-2027 school year.

All interested students and their families are invited to an informational session to learn about this unique opportunity. To initiate this program, the district is partnering with Liberty alumnus Michael Blueglass, who is affiliated with the Advancing STEM Research Teaching group.

Blueglass has helped schools across the nation implement STEM-based research projects that prepare students for success in higher education and the workforce. The district encourages all middle and high school students and their families to attend and discover how this program can help Liberty students continue to pursue their potential.

The informational session will take place at 5 p.m. Oct. 16, in the Liberty High School Media Center.
