Dear Parents/Guardians and Students:
I hope everyone is enjoying our spring weather! Shared with you below are upcoming important dates and events to conclude our 2022-2023 school year. The items listed that are italicized below are those that have been changed since the printing of the Liberty school calendars. We look forward to seeing you as we celebrate our students, create memories, and reach milestones. More information will follow regarding specific information for senior based events, Regents exams, Chromebook collection, and Summer School.
May 16: School budget vote and BOE elections, HS Gymnasium, noon-9 p.m.
May 18: K-12 District Art Show, 4-6 p.m.
May 18: LHS Honors Spring Concert, David E. Panebaker Auditorium, 7 p.m.
May 29: Memorial Day Parade, Main Street, Liberty, 10:00 a.m.
May 31: Academic Block “L”, David E. Panebaker Auditorium, 6;00 p.m.
June 1: US History Regents, 8 a.m. (Only students taking the exam attend school)
June 1: Cap and Gown Parade, 4-6p.m
June 6: Spring Sports Awards – JV and Modified, 6 p.m.
June 8: Athletic Varsity Block “L” Sports Dinner, 6 p.m.
June 12: Senior Assembly, David E. Panebaker Auditorium, 6 p.m.
June 13: Senior Walk and Senior Class Picture (during the morning of the school day)
June 13: LHS last day of classes and fourth quarter marking period ends
June 14-22: Regents and final exams
June 23: Wall of Fame Reception, 5 p.m.
June 23: Graduation rehearsal, 5 p.m., and graduation, 7 p.m.
