The district will contact parents and guardians by phone, email, and text if there are any changes to the daily school schedule.
Families Should:
- Confirm their contact information with their child’s school main office.
- Sign up for ParentSquare and download the app for notifications.
Closing, Delay, and Early Dismissal Information will also be:
- Posted on the district website
- Shared with local media outlets
You may also call the district at (845) 292‑5400. Any schedule changes will follow the initial greeting.

Early Dismissal Procedures
When an early dismissal is announced by 10:30 a.m.:
- Elementary School dismisses at 12 p.m.
- Middle/High School dismisses at 12:15 p.m.
Note: All after-school activities are canceled on early dismissal days.
