Two students on all-remote schedules test positive for COVID-19

The district has learned that a Liberty High School student and a Liberty Middle School student who attend classes on an all remote schedule have tested positive for COVID-19.

Health officials say that there is no risk of exposure to members of the LCSD community, so no contact tracing by the school is necessary.

Our thoughts are with the individual who tested positive and we wish them a speedy recovery. Privacy laws restrict the disclosure of personally identifiable information of anyone who has tested positive for the coronavirus.
