Liberty Central School has received a School Climate Transformation Grant, and the district is asking families of students in fifth through 12th grade to take a few minutes to complete a survey.

All responses are anonymous and no email addresses will be collected upon submission. The responses from the survey will help the district plan and use grant funding in the best way to support the needs of our district. LCSD will be doing this yearly throughout the remainder of the grant to gain insight on the programs it is implementing and the impact they are having on the climate of the school.

The survey is open until May 10.
