Penn-Consentino scores 1000th point

On Thursday, February 15, 2018, the boys Varsity basketball team traveled to Chester for a division game against the Hambletonians. Halfway through the first quarter Senior guard Roy Penn-Cosentino drove the lane and scored on a layup. The two-point basket allowed Roy to reach the 1000 point scoring level which is always an exciting moment for any high school basketball player. Roy has worked hard to reach this level. He went on to score 11 points in a losing effort.

Penn-Cosentino is the TENTH Liberty player to reach the 1000 point plateau and the NINTH boy. The list is as follows:

Maurice “Mo” Martin (’82) 1,786
