LMS student tests positive for COVID-19

The district has learned that over the Spring Break weekend of March 31 – April 5, a Liberty Middle School student who attends school on an all-remote schedule tested positive for COVID-19.

Our thoughts are with the individual who tested positive and we wish them a speedy recovery. Privacy laws restrict the disclosure of personally identifiable information of anyone who has tested positive for the coronavirus.

No contact tracing by the school is necessary, health officials say.
