Liberty school buses involved in minor accident

At approximately 4 p.m. this afternoon, two of our late buses were involved in a minor collision in the Liberty Middle/High School parking lot upon dismissal.

One of the buses bumped the rear bumper of the other.

Twelve students were on the buses. Students were checked at the scene for injures and have since been transported to their stops in Ferndale and White Sulphur. Two of the twelve students expressed discomfort and were taken to the hospital with parent permission.

Our district buses and drivers are provided through Rolling V Transportation Services. Questions about this incident or transportation services in general may be directed to the main office of your child’s school.
