Thank you to the Liberty Rotary Club for its generous $900 donation to our Snack Pack Program!

Rotary District 7210 President Dr. Bill Silver and past president Jack Strassman delivered the donation July 29 and praised the Snack Pack’s mission of ensuring that Liberty students always have access to healthy snacks and meals. Over weekends and long breaks, students who experience food insecurity are sent home with a back pack full of healthy food.

“We know this is going to a great cause,” said Dr. Silver.

District Superintendent Dr. Augustine Tornatore thanked the Rotarians for the Snack Pack donation and all the work the organization does for the community and local students, which includes scholarships, Arbor Day events, and more.

“The Rotary has always been a wonderful advocate of Liberty’s students and this Snack Pack donation will certainly go a long way in making sure our kids have access to healthy and nutritious food,” Dr. Tornatore said.
