Liberty Public Library seeks baby supplies

The Liberty Public Library is collecting baby supplies to meet the needs of local babies.

Dontations of diapers, wipes, sippy cups, bibs, board books in English and Spanish, and baby toys are needed.  Items can be dropped at the Library’s temporary location at 111 Sullivan Ave.,  Ferndale. The library has partnered with Healthy Families of Sullivan, which will deliver the items to families in need.

Baby supplies will be collected  Oct. 19-25.

The supply drive is part of the library’s celeberation of “The Great Give Back,” a community service initiative of public libraries throughout New York. The goal of the initiative is to give library patrons “meaningful, service-oriented experiences.”
