LHS placed on temporary hold in place, Oct. 25

On Wednesday, Oct. 25, Liberty High School initiated a stay put procedure for approximately thirty minutes after building administrators were notified of an altercation between two students and a former student. The former student was accompanied by office staff enroute to the guidance office for re-enrollment inquiries.

The district’s School Resource Officer Devin Brust was immediately called for assistance. The former student was escorted off of school grounds; the district will be filing a no trespass warrant.
