High school artists to be featured in CAS Art Show, March 28

Several Liberty High School student-artists will be featured at the Sullivan County High School Art Show, a high school art exhibit at the Catskill Art Society.

The ingenuity and talent of the school’s top student artists will be celebrated at the exhibit’s opening reception on Saturday, March 28 from 11 a.m. – 2 p.m.

“The Sullivan County High School Art Show is a nine district show that will feature work from over 25 Liberty High School artists,” said Art Department Director Kathleen Lambert. “The show is overflowing with talent and I highly encourage everyone to attend.”

The Liberty High School Art Department aims to provide a public platform for the range and beauty of student work, to promote an artistic community of peers and professionals, to celebrate the importance of art in education and to reinforce the power of art in its students’. The Catskill Art Society is located at 48 Main St, Livingston Manor, New York 12758. The CAS Sullivan County High School Art Show exhibit will be on display from March 28 – April 19.
