Are you a student over age 16 and want the COVID-19 vaccine?

The Sullivan County COVID-19 Task Force, in collaboration with Garnet Health, is considering hosting a vaccine clinic for Sullivan County students age 16 and over, and their parents, guardians and grandparents.

The Pfizer vaccine is the only vaccine approved for ages 16 and 17. Supply is difficult to obtain, so the Sullivan County COVID-19 Task Force must know how many people are interested before a clinic can be created.

To express interest fill out a short survery or call the task force by April 16.

Participating in the survey does not guarantee receipt of the vaccine. This survey is to gather information and measure interest. If the clinic occurs you will be contacted.

The Pfizer vaccine is a two- dose vaccine. The second dose is administered 21 days after the first dose.
