A Single Bite provides summer meal assistance | Here’s how to request free and healthy food

A Single Bite, a nonprofit organization which has helped deliver more than 75,000 servings of food to Sullivan County families since spring 2020, is offering free dinners to local households thoughout the summer.

The meals include a meat main dish, vegetable and grain sides, and a salad. Meals are delivered by A Single Bite volunteers or can be picked up at designated locations. Currently, A Single Meal is delivering meals to 24 Liberty famlies each Thursday, but would like to do more.

To request meals, fill out the Family Meal Intake Form.

A Single Bite is always in need of volunteers to help deliver meals in July through September. If you’d like to help, fill out A Single Bite’s Volunteer Sign Up Form.
