At the different grade levels we are learning many different aspects up music. The list below shows just some of the topics we cover: * Grade 5 – folk music, music reading, singing, ensembles * Grade 6 - singing, music reading, music composition, ensembles * Grade 7 – Piano class; music reading, one and two handed pieces * Grade 8 – Music History; Classical, Romantic, Modern eras. History of Rock and Roll, with a look at some of today’s newest artists I also instruct the Middle School choruses: * 5/6 chorus – Unison, 2 part singing * 7/8 chorus – 3 part sing
