Geodetic Calculator

This applet will find the distance between any two points on the Earth. You can enter the latitude and longitude manually which is more accurate but the built-in maps are easier to use.

1. Click on the HOW FAR AWAY IS box
2. Enter you coordinates in the boxes that appear or click on the WORLD or USA map button.
3. Click the FROM radio button and then click a ppoint on the map.
3. Click the TO radio button and then click a ppoint on the map.
4. Click OK and the map will close and you can see the information.
