MISSION
The mission of the Liberty Central
School District is to inspire all
students to pursue their dreams
and to contribute and thrive in a
diverse community.
STRATEGIC OBJECTIVES
By the year 2005, all students will...
- Articulate their dreams and demonstrate pursuit of those dreams.
- Elect to regularly contribute to the community in a manner of their choosing.
- Be thriving members of a diverse community.
STRATEGIES
- We will do whatever is necessary to ensure that laws and regulations
support our mission.
- We will gain the trust of the community and ensure that everyone understands,
commits to, and carries out our mission.
- We will regularly evaluate and align our internal systems (e.g. budgeting,
personnel policies, existing committees) in order to achieve our strategic
objectives.
- We will devlop instructional programs that guarantee the success of all students
in achieving our strategic objectives.
DELIMITERS
- We will not initiate any new program or service unless it:
- is consistent with and contributes to our mission and
- is accompanied by the staff development needed to assure its
effectiveness.
- We will not allow interference with the consideration of new ideas.
