Public Notice: Excessed Equipment 

PUBLIC NOTICE

The following items have been declared excessed and will be sold to the highest bidder at 11:00 am on February 10, 2012. Items may be inspected at Liberty Elementary School at 201 North Main Street, Liberty NY 12754 on February 6, 2012 from 3:30 pm to 5:30 pm or, in the event of inclement weather, on February 7, 2012 at 3:30 pm to 5:30 pm. Bids must be returned on an Excessed Equipment Bid Form available at Liberty Central School’s District Office at 115 Buckley Street, Liberty NY or online at www.libertyk12.org. Bid forms should be placed in a sealed envelope marked Excessed Equipment and bear the name and address of the bidder. Payment must be made by money order or certified check, payable to Liberty Central School District. Payment must be made and items retrieved by noon on February 14, 2012.

ALL ITEMS WILL BE SOLD AS IS WHERE IS. ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
