Did you know that if you are well rested you can be happier, healthier and do better in school? Find out by taking the L.E.S. Sleep Challenge!
The challenge is from Sunday, October 17 - Thursday, Oct. 21, and the rules are that each night in that week, students need to be in bed by 9 p.m. for at least one night that week. For that accomplishment, participants will be entered in a prize raffle. Students who are in bed by 9 p.m. all five nights will be entered into an additional raffle.
In order to be part of the prize drawing, completed forms must be turned in to classroom teachers by WEDNESDAY, OCTOBER 27.
