parents of autistic children who attend school in Sullivan County are invited to attend the seminars and events of Autism Awareness Day free of charge

S.C. BOCES and the Hudson Valley DDSO presents Sullivan County Autism Awareness Day on Saturday October 9th at the Seelig Theatre at Sullivan County Community College.
The keynote address will be given by Alyson Beytein, an international speaker and mother of three sons with autism. Ms. Beytein is also a columnist for "Autism Spectrum Quarterly" and the host of web-radio program called "Family to Family" on AutismOne.org. The keynote address will begin at 8:30 a.m.
Registration is $25 per person, or free if you are the parent of a child being educated in Sullivan County. Refreshments will be served, and child care will be provided by staff from SullivanArc, a not-for-profit agency that provides supports and services for individuals with intellectual and/or developmental disabilities.
