Notes:

1. BOE meetings will be held typically on the second and fourth Tuesday each month at 7 p.m.
2. All meetings are in the HS Library/Media Center. Exceptions – Jan. 24th will be held in the MS Cafeteria and the Meeting of Feb. 28th will be in the ES Cafeteria.
3. The first BOE meeting of the month will be a program meeting and the second meeting will be a business meeting.
4. Administrative reports will be held the second meeting of the month, if there are two meetings, (otherwise the 1st meeting).
5. Pride in Liberty will be held the second meeting of the month, if there are two meetings, (otherwise the 1st meeting) – Held by request only.
6. All items to go on the Agenda and Copies (14) must be to Mrs. DeFrank by TUESDAY, one week prior to the BOE meeting date. NOTE: All personnel items must be to Mrs. DeMayo by MONDAY, one week prior to the BOE meeting date. Sooner is recommended.
